Dietary Manager--Three semester (minimum) Certificate of Completion
Dietetic Technology AS--Two-year (minimum) Associate of Science Degree
Dietetic Technology CERT--Certificate of Achievement for those who have already completed a degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited DPD Program
YOU CAN go to work now and continue moving up the ladder. Courses are scheduled after 4:00 PM for our busy, working adults. The college is centrally located in the beautiful Oakland Hills, with plenty of convenient parking or there is easy access from the Fruitvale Bart Station.
OUR MISSION is to provide the highest quality dietetic education that meets all professional standards and serves both the community and student needs.
The Program will prepare its graduates to be readily employed in nutrition and dietetics or a related field; or to continue their education at a higher level.
The Program will provide the encouragement and support necessary to increase the number of students who graduate.
The program will prepare its graduates for active participation in the profession as leaders, mentors, and preceptors.
The program will develop practitioners who are responsive to community needs and who have the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment.
